太平洋大学（University of the Pacific，缩写UOP）是一所位于美国加利福尼亚州斯托克顿市的私立研究型大学，1857年7月10日成立于圣克拉拉市（Santa Clara），名为加州卫斯理学院（California Wesleyan College），随后迁至圣乔瑟市（San Jose），再迁至斯托克顿市。
注意与美国俄勒冈州的太平洋大学（Pacific University）区分，二者的英文名不同，但中文翻译完全相同。俄勒冈州的太平洋大学被USNEWS归类为西部地方性大学；而加州的太平洋大学则被归为综合性大学（National University）。
太平洋大学是加州最古老的大学。除文理学院外，它包含的学院还有：教育学院、工程学院、商学院、国际研究学院及音乐学院。同时还设有三所专业学院，分别是位于旧金山的牙医学院、位于萨克拉门托的法学院和位于斯托克顿的药学与健康科学学院。
校园环境
校园尖塔、玫瑰花园、满是雕文的廊柱、古老砖面覆盖的建筑、茂密的树林，这是太平洋大学斯托克顿主校园的典型的风景元素，充满着古老常春藤盟校的气息，经常被用作好莱坞电影拍摄的场景，如：夺宝奇兵、夺宝奇兵4：水晶头骨、犯贱情人、校园怪谭等。1973年迪斯尼动画“全能运动员（The World's greatest Athlete）”也同样取景。
斯托克顿校园拥有三座学生宿舍大楼：格雷斯·科维尔堂（Grace Covell Hall）、西南堂（Southwest Hall）、四合堂（Quad Buildings）。其中四合堂是由聚集在一块的小型宿舍楼群组成的，格雷斯·科维尔堂则是其中可容纳最多学生的宿舍——可容纳350名学生入住。太平洋大学大一、大二学生可以选择住校，高年级的学生可以选择在校内租房。
太平洋大学另有两个校区分别位于旧金山和萨克拉门托，前者是其法学院的所在地，后者是其牙医学院的所在地。
